The base angles are 73 degrees each.

SOLUTION:

Given that, A UH flag is in the shape of an isosceles triangle and its tip is 34 degree,

We have to find the base angles of the flag.

Let the angle measure of one of the remaining angle be n degrees . Then, the angle measure of third angle will also be n degrees as it is isosceles triangle.

Now, we know that, sum of angles of triangle = 180

\begin{array}{l}{\rightarrow 34+x+x=180} \\\\ {\rightarrow 2 x=180-34} \\\\ {\rightarrow 2 x=146} \\\\ {\rightarrow x=73}\end{array}
