You would plug the numbers in for the letters so the equation would be -5(-5+1)-6+1 then you would multiply the numbers in parentheses with -5 so it would be 25-5-6+1 and that solved is 15

Explanation:
=z(-5-y)+x+1
= -5(-5-1)+(-6)+1
=25+5-6+1
=25
