First the answer is 0.8888888888888889

Explanation:

you put the 8 inside the box thing and 9 on the outside. Since you cant divide 8 by 9 you move one place over and add a 0. Then you do your division 80/9 and keep dividing until you terminate the division. Since you added a 0 to the 8 you should put an x on the top of the box representing the 1's place and a decimal so you know your in decimals. Also once you terminate the question make sure you multiply it by 9 to see if you get the same thing and you should because I used a calculator lol.
