Explanation:

Set both scenarios as equations and then make them equal each other

32,500 + 250x = 34,000 + 100x

Then put both (x) on one side and the numbers on the other side

250x - 100x = 34,000 - 32,500

150x = 1,500

Then solve for (x)

X = 1,500/150

X = 10
