y-2=-2(x+4)​

y -2 = x(-2) + 4(-2)

y -2 = -2x - 8

y = -2x - 8 + 2

y = -2x - 6

When x = 0, y = -6. Hence (0,-6) is a point on the line

when y = 0, x = -3. Hence (-3,0) is a point on the line.

Plot these 2 points and connect with a line (see attached)
