We all have a choice in how we act and run our lives. Of course nature vs nurture can play a role in how we emotionally and mentally grow as beings but we all decide whether we want to be good or bad. Yes In most cases, innocent people are the most targeted. Evil people aren’t placed because of god, it’s manifested because of several reasons. So I personally don’t blame god for evil people being in this world. I blame society and what ever made these people turn evil.
