You have to find the coordinates and put a dot on it so if it’s 0/0 you go to the middle and u go to the right of positive and left of negative then if the second number is positive u go up and if it’s negative u go down so for example -3/4 you start in the middle and go left 3 times then u go up 4 times and make a mark then u do them all in order and connect the dots to make the picture
