The experimental probability that tucker will win a game of chance is 2/5. The experimental probability that lily will win the same game is 5/8. If Tucker and Lily each play 200 games how many more games can lily expect to win that tucker

Total number of chances played = 200

Now,
\textrm{Probability of winning an Event}  = \frac{\textrm{Total number of wins}}{\textrm{Total number of trials played}}

Total number of wins = P(winning ) x Number of Times it is played

Now, Total number of wins for Tucker =
(2)/(5)  * 200 = 80

or, Tucker wins 80 games out of 200 played.

And, Total number of wins for Lily =
(5)/(8)  * 200 = 125

or,Lily wins 125 games out of 200 played.

Hence, Lily is expected to win :

125 - 80 = 45 more games than Tucker.
