So how do you deal with stress? What's your coping mechanism? When you feel pressured, what do you do? Do you sleep rather than do what is needed, perhaps as an avoidance tactic? Excericing a very helpful also turning off all technology’s and talking a walk in nature is proven to help. Teas are also a great choice. And stay away from drugs cuz that never helps
