Answer:

t*0.33=28.38


t=(28.38)/(0.33)

t=87.27

The sale price is 87.27+taxes

Explanation:

t=Total Price (no taxes, I dont' know the value of standar taxes)

d=Discount

p=Price Discount

Finding number two is the same but turned around you take the price and add 33% (take 28.38 = 33% on calculator)
