Greek word telos:

Telos word in Greek means a goal or to have a purpose. Aristotle was a Greek philosopher and a scientist during the time of ancient Greece. The word 'telos' has a special meaning in the language of Aristotle which is different from the literal meaning of the word.

According to Aristotle, it means state in which something is fulfilled or it means something that acts to the fullest or fully or to do a particular thing to the fullest and properly.
