Mr.Darcy is a very dynamic character, he’s a good guy as his intentions are pure. He’s arrogant and sharp and introverted, he comes off badly to Eliza because the way he goes about courting her is just... well leaves a lot to be desired. However in the end, despite both their stations, they are happy. Darcy is a man of stature and so he doesn’t realize his privilege or his inability to empathize with others. But in the end he is a protagonist. I hope that helps!
