Explanation:

y =6x-7

gradient of perpendicular to the line above is -1/6.

using the point (8,3)

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 3 = -1/6(x - 8)

6y-18 = -1(x - 8)

y = (-x + 26)/6
