We have to find the two possible values of actual measurement

The two possible value of actual measurement will be


15.6+(15.6* 35.5)/(100) and
15.6-(15.6* 35.5)/(100)

Which are equal to


15.6+(15.6* 35.5)/(100)=15.6+5.538=21.138cm

And
15.6-(15.6* 35.5)/(100)=15.6-5.538=10.062cm
