Blood is also responsible for transiting the blood and nutrients. The blood reached right atrium and from here it reached the right ventricles with the help of tricuspid valve. When the ventricles are full it closes to stop blood from going back to the atrium.

The inferior and the superior vena cava let the blood enter through them. The heart left the blood with the help of pulmonary valve to the pulmonary artery and the blood reached the lungs.
