Mitochondria is the power house of the cell. It makes ATP which is used as an energy source for mist cells. There is a cycle for Cellular Respiration: Glycolysis then Citric Acid Cycle, then Electron Transport Chain. It begins outside the cell, enters the matrix of the crystae, then goes back outside the membrane.
