C=2\pi r, where r is radius. (1)

Given : Circumference of circle :
\C=pi (2)

From (1) and (2), we have


2\pi r=\pi

Cancel
\pi from both sides , we get


2r=1\\\\ r=(1)/(2)=0.5

Hence, the radius of circle = 0.5 units.
