Sanjay had a case of 24 bottles of water. In the first week Sanjay drank 3/8 of the bottles of water. In the second week Sanjay drank 2/3 of the water that were left. How many of Sandy's water remains after two weeks?

First week

Divide 24 by 8

24/8 = 3 bottles = 1/8

but Sanjay drank 3/8 = 9 bottles

And there are 24 - 9 bottles left = 15

- Second week

Divide 15 by 3

but sanjay drank 2/3 = 10 bottles

Then, there are 15 - 10 bottles left = 5
