Answer:2.1

Explanation:

To find the mean absolute deviation,

find the mean

find the difference between each data value and the mean

take the absolute value of each difference

find the mean of these differences

{2, 2, 5, 7, 10, 10}

Number of values = 10

Sum of values = 2+2+5+7+10+10= 36

Average = 36/10 = 3.6

Deviation from the mean =

Deviation. Absolute value

2-3.6 = -1.6. 1.6

2-3.6 =-1.6. 1.6

5-3.6=1.4. 1.4

7-3.6 =3.4 3.4

10-3.6 =6.4. 6.4

10-3.6 =6.4. 6.4

Sum of absolute values= 1.6 + 1.6+1.4++3.4+6.4+6.4= 20.8

mean absolute deviation

=20.8/10= 2.08

= 2.1 to the nearest tenth
