When emotional eating, you may consume too much unhealthy food, or too much of one specific food. Junk food isn’t healthy to begin with, but continuously eating it can your body worse. You will be able to handle to amount of sugar, salt and additives that are in your foods. These can damage your organs.

Sometimes, emotional eating doesn’t solve any problem. You may just be eating, but you are still emotional upset.
