Answer: It a solution that contains more than one of the dissolved material. If this isn't done, it can't be dissolved by a solvent that is below more of the normal circumstances. This could also be referred to a vapor from a compound with a higher number of partial pressure that is also higher than a vapor pressure of the other compound.
