What laws were part of the Articles of Confederation?

For an amendment to be passes, all the states must collectively agree for it.
A national government was created and the main job it had was that it can declare war
It also created a Congress, which had the power to declare war, appoint military officers, sign treaties, make alliances, appoint foreign ambassadors, and manage relations with Indians. All states were represented equally in Congress.
The states(not congress) had the power to tax
There was no president under the articles of confederation
