2^24 / 3^4 or simply 207,126.12

Explanation:

In this case, first let's put the 8^2 in power of 2. To get 8, we just simply put:

8 = 2 * 2 * 2 = 2^3

now we have: (2^3)^2

In this point we apply power of a power, and multiply the exponents:

3*2 = 6 ---> 2^6

So we now have our expression like this:

(2^6 / 3)^4

Again, we use power of a power:

6*4 = 24

1*4 = 4

So our expression it's this:

2^24 / 3^4

If you solve this, you get:

16,777,216 / 81 = 207,126.12
