if you are not giving your body the correct nutrients, it will case it to lag and not accomplish much versus having a proper nutrition. Very similar with sleep and rest. Because you are letting your body rest, your are improving your overall health, body, and mind. With no sleep, you are more likely to have increased amounts of fatigue.
