Disease can be diagnosed by doctors considering the symptom and abnormality in body functions, like- heart disease. Disease may lead to pain, stress and death also.

Whereas, a disorder can be a result of a disrupted disease that affects body parts or functions. A disrupted heart disease leads to arrhythmia, it’s an example of disorder.
