Not sure if this is what ur looking for but to divide a fraction by something, multiply it by the reciprocal.
So it becomes 2/3 x 1/4.
Then multiply the numerators by numerators and the denominators by denominators so it becomes (2x1)/(3x4) = 2/12 which reduces to 1/6
