The powers that the Article 1 of the constitution describes:
Article 1 states the powers of the overall legislation. It describes the enforcement of the powers and its delegation. It provides the guidelines for the president’s authority and responsibility.
The article also addresses the concern of crime and investigations. The article has ten sections each dedicated to the working of the Congress. It deals with all things politics, Industrial development, transportation, commerce, finances and the duties of citizens, political individuals, and the whole political parties.
