I use DESMOS for all my graphing needs.

When graphed the graphs look dramtically different.

In addition, the vertex of (x^2+25) is (0,25) the other equations vertex is (-5,0) just by using this small example we can see that the reason these equations are not equal is because they lay on different parts of the graph and have different vertexes, x and y axis, etc.
