You are walking down the street when a young boy collapses in front of you. You come to his aid and discover that he is unresponsive and not breathing. After having a bystander call 9-1-1 or the designated emergency number, you begin CPR. After about three minutes, the child begins to breathe normally. What should you do?

Stop CPR, make sure everything is okay with him, keep his airway opened, stay with him until the police arrive
