Explain the difference between objectives and goals? and give and explain of each

Objective are something you have to do. I mean you have a choice to do it but it needs to be done either way. Goals are something you set for yourself, you can choose to follow your goals or not. Its like if you want to be an artist, it's your goal to be an artist.
