If we read Article I of the United States Constitution, it refers to the Congress or the legislative branch that is comprised of two chambers: the lower chamber or House of Representatives and the upper chamber of the Senate. In my state, we have basically the same structure. We are similar and we vote for our representatives and governor during the election.
