Which of the following is NOT a reason why the genetic counselor should keep a record of what happened in a session?

so that the information can be shared with family members or the patient's place of employment
in order to ensure that all members of the healthcare team have the same knowledge
to make sure the data is appropriately stored for research
so a summary can be created to which the patient can refer after the meeting has ended

So that the information can be shared with family members or the patient’s place of employment.

A genetic counselor probably shouldn’t be storing information from a session for the purpose of sharing it with others who aren’t involved.
