Solving the equation individually −9x+5≤17 OR 13x+25≤−1

For the inequality −9x+5≤17

-9x ≤ 17-5

-9x ≤ 12

Dividing both sides by -9 will change the sign of the inequality to have;

x ≥-12/9

x ≥ -4/3...(1)

Similarly for the inequality 13x+25≤−1

13x ≤ -1-25

13x ≤ -26

Dividing both sides by 13 we have;

x≤ -26..(2)

From 1; -4/3≤x and from 2; x≤26

Combining both inequalities will give;

-4/3≤x≤-26
