Even though there existed equal but separate, the doctrine was, however, overturned by the American court verses the education board. Therefore the implementation regarding the changes required long decisions that sometimes were deemed violent.

The decision, therefore, promoted a turning point of civil rights in America. However, it did not take long before they decreed the nation’s highest court, which changed the minds of many in those centuries. After a number of years there was an increased improvement that the court has experienced.
