Explanation:

I'm assuming "standard form" means expanded from scientific notation. To expand that, all you do is literally multiply the number by 10 to the power of whatever. So here it'd be:

(1.5)(10⁸)=150,000,000

The notable tip here is that multiplying a number by 10 to a positive power simply moves the decimal place over to the right; while 10 to a negative power moves it to the left. Here 10 is raised to positive 8, so you would move the decimal over 8 times:

(1.50000000) goes to (150000000.)

So if ever the number is kinda too big to do in your head, you can think about it that way too.
