Step-by-step explanation:
(3/10) / (1/3)
If you are dividing two fractions, you flip the bottom one and multiply it to the top one.
Bottom one is 1/3 so it becomes 3/1. Now multiple:
= (3/10) * (3/1)
= (6/10)
Simplify by dividing both top and bottom by 2
= (3/5)
