answer at the state fair there are 36 children standing in line waiting to ride the roller coaster there are 10 cars on the roller coaster and each car can hold at most 4 children how many children should the ride attendant put in each car? Please help.

He can put 4 kids in each of 9 cars and then leave the 10th car empty. Or put 2 kids in 9th car and 2 kids in 10th so all the cars would be filled
