Negligence of an individual can lead to serious damage of other individual. Negligence is considered as violation of one’s responsibility resulting in harmful consequences. The responsibility includes- care towards someone without neglecting them.

However, negligence is a branch of legal responsibility which should involve lawful actions against the person causing harm to other person. Negligence is carelessness and misconduct towards the person owed responsibility. To avoid the risk of causing damage to others, negligence should be avoided.
