If I was to wake up at 5 AM everyday to start a good daily routine, at what time should I sleep? (Excluding the general 8 hour sleep rule)

For me as a high school kid, yes, I woke up at 5 AM every morning and was healthy (not sleepy). I usually sleep at maximum 10:00 PM, but usually 9:00 PM. You should really sleep at about 9 and not later than 10 to be healthy and stay awake at the daytime!
