There should be no minimum voting age.

Is it arguable or defensible or both?

In my opinion it could be arguable. I think there should be a minimum voting age. Voting is not something a 5 year old should be doing obviously since the child doesn't understand the meaning of voting yet. It could be both, but not much would play in the other choice defensible.
