I decide to take some sugar, milk, and flavoring and make it into ice cream. I get a ridiculous mess! This is not a good idea. I next go to the store and buy some Ben & Jerry's ice cream. THEY have turned the ingredients into ice cream for me. I am willing to pay them for that effort. What type of utility has Ben and Jerry's provided me?

a. Possession Utility -- without them I would not be able to possess the ice cream
b. Time Utility -- they saved me the time of doing it myself
c. Place Utility -- I did not have to make it at my place
d. Form Utility -- They have converted the ingredients into the form I wanted
e. Electric Utility -- they use electricity in making the product

Answer:

D. Form Utility -- They have converted the ingredients into the form I wanted

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the person failed to turn sugar, milk and flavoring and make it to ice-cream, the person never know how to do it, the person had the time, place and electric utility except form utility - they converted the ingredients in the form the person wanted
