I think it is C. However, it should just be rock and water/ice.

The composition of Pluto is Rock and Metal combined with Hydrogen Compounds or Ices

Answer: Option C

Step-by-step explanation:

The dwarf planet Pluto consists of 70% of rock and metals and 30% of water ice. Pluto is believed to have a core of rocks and is surrounded by the mantle of water ice.

Scientists have revealed that the planet has a variety of surface features including mountains that are as high as 11000 feet but these are formed on the bedrocks of water ice which are not strong enough to hold such enormous peaks.
