Answer:

h = $4 a hotdog

c = $2 bag of chips

Explanation:

3h + c = 14

2h + c = 10

3h + c = 14

-2h - c = -10

h = $4 a hotdog

2(4) + c = 10

8 + c = 10

c = $2 bag of chips
