Answers:
No, it is not an integer
due to the decimal portion 0.17; integers are either positive or negative whole numbers. Zero is included as well.
Yes it is an integer
because 5/5 = 1 which has no decimal or fractional parts.

for similar reasoning as problem 1. The 0.84 decimal portion is why we don't have an integer.
