The government and the businesses are what controls the society. Even though it is the 21st century, there are still more countries in the world where the women are not equal to men, than there is countries were they are equal.
The governments and the businesses are the ones that usually have the responsibility of empowering the women so that they gradually become equal in the society, thus to contribute to the development of the country.
This is done by granting the women the same rights as the men. Encouraging the women to take part in the education system. Making it illegal to discriminate on a basis of sex, be it in public, institutions, or in the workplace. To motivate and allow the women to progress on their workplace, to move up in the hierarchy, fulfill their potential.
