P = 2[(|X2-X1|) + (|Y2-Y1|)

Explanation:

I'm not sure if you forgot to write the numbers or the quistion is just like that, if it is like that here is the solution.

So as known the perimeter of the rectangle is equal to 2(L+W), in our case we don't have the lenght or width values but you can get them by x,y's values.

Length = |X2-X1|

Width = |Y2-Y1|

So the perimeter is just 2[(|X2-X1|) + (|Y2-Y1|).
