Would you exceed your daily allowed amount of saturated fat if you ate a single cheeseburger

The average man should eat no more than 30 grams of saturated fat per day and the average woman should have less than 20 grams of saturated fat per day. A cheeseburger with a single patty has typically around 5g of saturated fat. (But it depends on if you have it with condiments/a side etc. and where it’s from etc.) So the answer is no.
