Lets find the diagonal of the box using pythagorean theorem


c^2= a^2 + b^2

Where 'a' is the length and 'b' is the width


c^2= 27^2 + 36^2


c^2= 729+1296=2025

Now take square root on both sides

c=45

So the size of the box is 45"
