4. Why aren't all workers paid the same

amount in factor payments for the
resources they provide?

Answer:

Because everyone has different jobs that require different levels of education. The less education you have, you will end up with a low paying job, and move up the work chain slowly. But with an education you get a better job quickly with better pay.
