The local meal coming from North-East France is la choucroute.
It's made with cabbages (sauerkraut), sausages, smoked pork, potatoes .....
You also can eat flammekueche (flamed tart) or spaetzle (kind of noddles)
In autumn, there are mirabelles (little yellow plums).
Of course, white wines from Alsace are very famous.
